The Pioneer Power Show started in 1981 and has been going strong since. This popular event is held the 3rd weekend of August each year. See the farm equipment of yesteryear while learning about blacksmithing and turn a of the century sawmill. don't forget to check out the tractor pulls and draft horse buggy demonstrations. There is plenty of activities for the kids too, including arts and crafts and train rides. Have fun while learning about the area's agricultural history. The event is $5.00 per person/children under 12 are free.
